Re: Event information
Just keep Tekken and Motorstorm as recreational activities. For people to play whilst hanging around etc.
Also how many PS3 will need to be brought by players?

You should make it free entry if you go in fancy dress. I might go if I can persuade some of my boys, arsenal v wolves on the saturday beforehand also, could make a trip of it.

Re: Event information
I really doubt hotels will give you % off their prices. Never been the case with Birmingham and XL LANs.
If you want, you can advertise on our website (other than the thread you made).

Re: Event information
Never clocked, sorry if there's something about it there.. but
Is there any place for storage? For like bags etc. Think we're apparently heading back up to Scotland after the lan on tuesday, so would probably just take the stuff to the lan instead of forking out for another day at hotel. If there's no storage, will probably just pay for the tuesday.
