Payment Info

Payment for the event will be inadvance and will be done over PayPal.

If you don't have a PayPal account I suggest you sign up and get one ASAP as they take a few days to authorize etc.

Terms and Conditions

If the event gets cancelled, you will be 100% Refunded. However, if you pay and then decide you cant be bothered to turn up, you wont be refunded.

I think everyone is expecting to pay at the door.

I found it good to have paid via paypal beforehand, when XL LANs were around.
They'd then send you an email with your ticket, but I guess, since you aint doing tickets and do a stamp instead, you could have both options available.
Still, ppl. that'd paypal their charge to get in would need something to confirm it with so they can get the stamp, once at the door. Like a ticket basically.. or code.

Would be good lets say, if one of you manage all the payments, and then in the e-mail see if you can send them a number or something, with thier psn. then at the event people produce number and psn

Yeah some form of Unique code. Then at the door, have a list of everyone who paid and all their codes, then when they arrive cross them off the list and put a stamp on their hand or something.
